Andy did an excellent job of sorting out my Camcorder to PC audio problem. I tried for weeks to transfer video cassettes to the PC for burning to DVD, but just could not get it to work! Andy sorted it all out, and I am delighted with that. He also sorted out my Weather Station software, which again I did not understand how to do. Very prompt and efficient service - Thank you.

Andy came out the following day after we phoned one evening with a computer problem. We decided not to get the old one repaired and Andy gave us advice on getting a new one. He came out the day after we bought the new one and installed it, also rescuing and transferring data from the old hard drive. His work is good value for money and he did a great job. It was so nice to meet a genuinely good person who is keen to offer advice and not intent on selling you anything. Andy diagnosed my erratic video problems to a failing graphics card and gave me different options to obtain a replacement, leaving me up and running with his temporary replacement until the new card arrived.
