Very difficult job removing old back boiler from fireplace, showed his experience by draining down and disconnecting pipes in a professional manner taking care not to cause any damage. The cost was very reasonable as he only charged for the actual time he took to remove the boiler.

Paul did an excellent job and really helped me out. I had moved into my house on 25th and managed to damage the gate valve on the 26th. Arrived within an hour of me speaking to him - had pointed out that if he couldn't get parts he would ring and let me know he would not be over the same day. Completed work, no mess and explained breakdown of price charged. Did have to call him back but this was entirely my fault as I was not using the new flush system correctly !!! We wanted to have a family bathroom refitted and from the outset Paul gave us a level of advice and assistance that helped us source and purchase the correct items. For example, the bath we needed was not standard size, and he recognised this prior to any work commencing, ensuring that we acquired one of correct dimensions, that didn't necessitate major structural work to install. This initial attention to detail was very reassuring and was a carried through the work that he did over the course of a week and two days. His time keeping was spot on - turning up when promised and working exceedingly hard throughout the day. We also asked him to carry out a couple of extra jobs-both of which were carried out to the same high professional standard. He has made a great job of the family bathroom. Very impressed with the quality of the service and workmanship. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Paul and we'll definitely use him again.
