Fault finding kitchen power - bringing boiler, oven and refrigerator back online
After losing power on the circuit serving our boiler, oven and refrigerator, we desperately needed the fault found and rectified. Chris was able to come the same day, and after patiently investigating the problem, was able to find a solution that brought the essential appliances back online. As always, Chris was friendly, helpful with advice about possible causes of the problem, and tidied up after himself. The work was very reasonably priced, and proper paperwork was supplied. A very reliable and trustworthy tradesmen, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PDK Electrical.

Replace switches, sockets and light fittings
Very helpful - gave good advice / warnings around replacing sockets and switches (we wanted flat plate models and Chris advised us to check the depth of the wall box as these typically need 35mm+ wall boxes rather than the 25mm fitted as standard - we were able to confirm that the boxes were 35mm before spending money on wall plates and switches that could not have been fitted or would have required the wall boxes to be replaced which would have been a much bigger / more expensive job). Work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently and all test certificates were provided. The invoice was very reasonable given the amount of work done and reflected Chris' efficient approach to the task in hand. All-in-all a pleasure to have in our home and I would thoroughly recommend Chris to friends and family

Modernise all the electrics
Chris put in a new fuse box and re-wired all the lights, checked all the sockets and replaced any that required new wiring. He replaced sockets, added them and generally upgraded the whole flat to comply with safety standards.
