Having provided a detailed quotation, the PDP arrived to carry out the work promptly and efficiently. Although they had quoted for replacement of shower light/extractor fan combinations in the two bathrooms, they found that one's in situ were of the required specification and therefore did not need replacing. Most companies would have replaced the fans anyway, but PDP demonstrated great integrity by insisting that the units did not need replacing, even though it vastly reduced the value of their invoice to me. They had quoted around £900 for the wok in total, but eventually charged me around £550. Their honesty should be rewarded and I would recommend them to anyone.
