I called Mr Pennington on 15 October, he came out that day and assessed what needed to be done to fix the window mechanism, within 24 hours he had replaced the handle for a very reasonable price, excellent service, really happy, would definitely recommend and I would use this company again. Mr Pennington was really nice too.
