I feel disgusted with this company. 10 minutes to service a boiler and since then our boiler has been faulty due to the pressure dropping. I arranged other appointments and the trader did not show up twice with no warning. I called him several times more times but felt I was ignored or cut off. I feel very disappointed as I chose Pete Horton because of good feedback.

I carried out a boiler service for the above and two weeks later they rang with a problem with their system losing pressure, I feel that this was unrelated to any work I had done. Unfortunately, I was unable to make two appointments due to circumstances beyond my control and did explain this to the customer who I found to be unsympathetic.
