New consumer unit added, property checked for electrical certification, new bathroom light fitted
Ross was very professional and efficient, didn't charge for multiple quotes and is going to come back free of charge to explain a few bits and pieces. Only very minor issue was that the bathroom light didn't actually work (lightbulb not fitted so he couldn't be sure of this, but he said he had checked the circuit etc-resolved very quickly with an extra visit at no further charge)
Overall excellent service, highly recommend Ross as a friendly and professional tradesman.

Installation of replacement consumer unit and extra sockets, Sinking/moving of sockets and switches and replacement of ceiling lights.
Ross is friendly, polite and trustworthy - left him to work in our house with no concerns at all. He quickly understood our requirements and the work was completed exactly as promised with minimum mess. Arrived on time, finished on time, charges were as per the estimate - would definitely recommend him to others and if we need further electrical work, he'll be the first person we call.

Troubleshooting several faulty power sockets
Arrived on time, worked efficiently through the problems, got everything working, spotted and fixed a couple of unreported problems too. Left all neat and tidy and was able to return very quickly to follow up a recurrence of the problem. Good job, would definitely use again.

A bunch of small repairs
Ross undertook a variety of fairly basic repairs including sorting out some problems. He was thorough and made sure that an earth was connected for a ceiling lamp which was previously unearthed. He also (unasked) checked the earthing on the gas meter! He returned a week later to undertake some new work installing extra ceiling spots. His work was exemplary.

New consumer unit and electric pannel heater
Ross fitted a new consumer unit and recommended and fitted a new electric heater pannel. Ross was always on time, polite and trustworthy. I was happy for him to have a key and leave him alone in my home, he was very tidy and cleared up after himself at the end of each day. The work was completed on time and within the esitimate given. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends and should I need any futher electrical work done I would not consider using anyone else!

Fitted replacement electric shower
I'm very satisfied with the work and very pleased I chose Ross to do it. I would certainly go to Ross first for any future work on electrics. He showed endless patience when I dithered over which shower to have, and, again, when he had to return to do the job because the suppliers had sent the wrong one. Ross does good work and is also a very nice person and a pleasure to have in the house.
