Good workmanship, but I felt that reliability was a bit of a let down with the trader. I found that I had to keep ringing him to remind him he was due to do some work for me. I appreciated he was extremely busy though.

In response to the customers comments above. The customer contacted me to complete a very small job at short notice. I mentioned to the customer at the time that I was very busy, but told him that I would try to fit this in around my other jobs. I asked the customer to ring me to remind me as I would then be able to advise him whether I could get to him on that day or not. I did get to the customer and carried out the work to my normal high standards and the customer seemed happy and paid in full. I feel that the customers scoring for reliability and timekeeping a little unfair seeing as I tried my upmost to fit him in - he has even mentioned this in his comments above that I was busy?
