New kitchen works and intsall sink and tap
Very pleased with the work. Arrived on time, lovey neat joins on the worktops, kitchen looks great. They clean up and vacume every day, also took away the rubbish. Both Simon and Greg are great workman do a really good job and pleasant with it, what's more they kept to the estimate. We are looking to have more work done by them.

TV Cabinet made to my spec.
A beautiful piece of handmade furniture that will last me a lifetime. It was built to my specification and I changed my mind so many times, they were very patient!! Money well spent! I would recommend them.

Balustrade (wooden) an 1st floor exterior.
Simon made a very good job of constructing a Balustrade over our first floor bay window.  Carpentry very good and it is a solid piece of joinery. Very pleased with the result.  I would recommend them.

Construction, paint and fitting of radiator cover
Their work was not up to standard. The paint was streaked, a lot of places on the cover were not painted at all and there were black, dirty fingermarks all over the top. We were told that some one else had painted it and if we would like, they could fix the radiator and come back and repaint it. We disagreed with this and they agreed to take it back (to the workshop) and repaint it for us, agreeing to return the following Saturday at 5pm. On the Friday before the Saturday in question we called at the shop. We asked to see the cover and were told it was not there. On the Saturday they did not turn up at all. They did not call or let us know what was happening. I left a message requesting return of my initial £100 deposit. They called on Monday and agreed to do this. I was later informed that I needed to contact one of the owners. I have tried but his phone is always on voicemail.. I wrote to the Director on 14 June giving 7 days for the return of my deposit. I rang the shop on 22 June to ask where my cheque was. The shop Assistant said it was nothing to do with him. He noted that I had written to the Director but the Director was in hospital and the other owner was on holiday. He put the phone down on me.

Radiator cover was made perfectly we do not normally paint furniture, as a favour to the customer, we employed a local man to undertake the painting, it obviously was not to the customers complete satisfaction. Deposit taken has been returned.
