Jo is a friendly, straightforward kind of bloke. The job got more complicated half way through but he explained what was going on throughout. Jo communicated via sms and email as I was out of the country. He had my keys and was trusted to get on with the work in my absence. I'm planning on using him in the future because of his excellent performance this time and his enthusiasm for future jobs. In summary: a top plumber!

Jo and Ben provided us with an excellent service. They did the work in two phases so as we weren't completely missing toilet facilities throughout!! There were some issues with extra materials being required such as tile adhesive etc. but nothing major and these were discussed well in advance. They were extremely friendly and courteous, turned up on time every day and often worked late to ensure the job didn't overrun. The finish is superb in both cloakroom and bathroom. Myself and my wife are delighted to be frank. Great stuff, would definitely recommend.

Mr Chartres told me my bathroom will take 7 days to do all the work but Jo work very hard and stayed late on two nights to get the bathroom done before time , My wife and I am very happy with the quality of the work he was so very tidy and I have already booked him in to do more work in two weeks time the shower room needs doing GREAT WORK MANY THANKS

Jo answered my plea for help on a Sunday morning when the cistern broke and flooded my bathroom. He arrived almost bang on his stated time and having spoken to me about the problem on the phone (so he knew what parts to bring) fixed it in no time. A real pro and a genuinely good bloke too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I can't recommend this man enough. He managed to fit the job in at late notice, arrived perfectly on time (even with the snow), did a thorough job leaving the place clean and tidy and was extremely courteous. I would definitely use him again.
