He also identified a pressurising problem within the boiler which he fixed at no additional charge. Work well without constant supervision - I'd trust him to attend any property without me. Late but called. 1st attempt, water pouring out ( had to turn off mains). 2nd attempt, left mess (told me to clean up), when I tried to suggest something, was rude, challenging with "are you a plumber?". Pipe still slowly leaking. Charged £60 to replace 2ft section of pipe.

I had an urgent replacement of a toilet that had to be made but I was unable to be there.
