Fixing problem with boiler, as had no hot water and servicing of same boiler.
They arrived when stated, were efficient, found the fault, and fixed same. Were friendly, and kept everything tidy. Checked the price and notified us of this before continuing the work, so we were kept informed at every stage.

Replacement of valve as radiators staying hot when heating turned off.
This was a simple job which became difficult as had been initially wrongly wired by another firm. A second engineer came and the job took another 1 hour - they cleaned up and made sure all was well.
