This is the second boiler Platinum have installed for our family (two different houses). I recommend them highly. They worked on a Saturday - even though they had a wedding to go to - because it was urgent.

The work was absolutely fine.  Alex is a real professional with a can-do attitude. He is a bit over stretched with work which sometimes makes communication with him a bit difficult.  Platinum will need someone to help organise them if they grow any bigger.

We were expecting a lot of disruption having a boiler fitted, but It was minimal.  These guys were fabulous, polite, friendly and they worked efficiently and we were thrilled with the results. I would recommend them.

Disconnect Gas Fire
Excellent service - Alex called me when he said he would to arrange the visit and arrived promptly and did a very thorough job, even going as far as checking the rest of the gas system out to make sure nothing had been disturbed. All this and done quicker than estimated!. Will be using Platinum again in the future.

On time, excellent work.Quickly found fault in Toilet explained solution which meant no external overflow required. Pricing very fair for this extra work. After all jobs finished took time to show us how new fixtures worked. Very happy to recommend both Alex Darroch and Andy Bartlett.
