Boiler Repair following Breakdown

We had a new heating system installed by Platinum in 2008 and woke up the other day to no heating. I called Andy at 8am on a Saturday and he talked me through some checks and diagnosed over the phone the problem. He then provided me with a contact name and number of the manufacturer's as the boiler was in warranty. An engineer from Baxi arrived within 4 hours and replaced a couple of parts. A great service all round and with two young children it was imperative we had heating. Andy did even offer to drop round portable heaters if it was not going to be sorted that day. My wife and I would not hesitate in recommending Platinum

New heating system and plumbing, fitted two bathrooms, new plumbing for kitchen, new plumbing in two extensions

I cannot praise Andy and his team enough, their work was part of a large project. At times they were working under difficult conditions and to meet deadlines they worked late and weekends. All the team were polite, tidy and a real credit to Andy. I would always use Platinum now and always recommend them. A fabulous organisation.

Replaced boiler and general plumbing work

Generally speaking I was very impressed with Steve who did the work. He was efficient and dealt with issues as they arose. Completed the job having to deal with the main builders who were not the most efficient. Only 2 issues really. 1, left without fully testing the heating system and 2, the company has a lot of work on which means sometimes you are vying for their time. I would though recommend Steve and Platinum Heating services. Would certainly use them again.

Replaced Central Heating System

I thought all tradesmen were the same until I was recommended Platinum Heating. Andy the owner turned up to quote on time and I received a full itemised quote as promised. His engineers were on time to start the job and also kept everything tidy. A very professional company whom delivered a service at a competitive price. I would not hesitate in recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks

Remove old boiler and replace with new.

A thoroughly professional job completed by thoroughly professional people. Mt wife and I scored them 10 in each section from what they achieved. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality service, thanks lads.
