New boiler and 3 new radiators fitted

The guys did a fantastic job. We were constantly updated on the progress of the installations. They encountered a problem when installing our boiler (our boiler was installed 40 years ago and they used to do things quite differently then) and they still finished a day early. Our house was left in brilliant condition - clean and tidy! Knowledgeable engineers which I will definitely use again. They are our first choice should we need any future plumbing/boiler work done. Make them yours too!

Central Heating not working - boiler fixed

Both Bens turned up and were fantastic. This was a simple job, but they explained what to do if it happens again and were very polite, friendly and efficient.

Installation of new replacement boiler and associated works.

Plum were diligent, tidy, considerate and careful in all aspects of their work. When they finished it was as if they had never been - fantastic.

Plumbing

We use Plum heating for the properties we manage on a daily basis.  The firm is run in a extremely professional manner offering a friendly and reliable service. The workmanship is always to a very high standard and our Landlords are always pleased with the final product.  After using many different firms it is a great relief to finally find a company that offers a high level service from start to finish at a reasonable price.

Replace of old boiler with combi (1) plus bathroom plumbing (2)

Trader and his team have done an amazing job with changing old tired boiler with super combi one. Two days of hard work and a job well done. In my opinion steep price, but worth it. Second job (plumbing in bathroom) in my opinion didn't go that well. Not even close to the standard showed for first job. Too many problems to list. Basically, use trader for boiler service, not for doing your upgrade bathroom jobs.

Because I used the website to describe the problem, Bruce was able to bring the appropriate parts with him which meant the work was done quickly and efficiently.  I find Bruce friendly and helpful, thorough and successful my Boiler issue was sorted.
