Customer Reference.
Hot water problem - either no hot water or wasn't reaching correct temperature. Reliable, pleasant and gave a follow up call to ensure it was working still as had taken several visits to find problem - this was much appreciated. I would happily recommend them.

Fixed central heating valve

Nigel responded to my phone message within a couple of hours, attempted to troubleshoot the problem over the phone then came straight round. Despite being about to go on holiday he arranged for the problem to be fixed within a couple of days. Have already recommended him to friends, It's unusual to find someone willing to put themselves out for a customer.

Identify problem with shower pump in loft. Repair and test.

Our two showers were playing up. Poole Gas Care identified leaking pump in loft. They liaised with pump manufacturer and requested spare parts. These were received within 2 days. A short while later the pump was repaired and working normally. The chip-board base was also replaced as this had rotted completely. This proved that the problem had been constant for a year or so. Had the problem not been identified the joists in the roof would have rotted too. A job well done!

Central heating system radiators not working (running too hot); boiler service

Excellent. Felt confident both people knew what they were doing and was kept informed when other issues arose that needed additional time/work. Everything was all clearly explained; an electrician was also need to help with faulty thermostat. I would definitely recommend. Tidied up.

Very happy with the work done, arrived at agreed time, very reasonable quotation, work carried out to a very good standard, and always tidied up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler fault

We have a Glow Worm 30XSI which as been losing pressure for months and two plumbers(one not qualified) have looked at it and made various repairs and to be fair we may have had multiple faults however this time Nigel came quickly, quoted straight away and fitted an expansion chamber and I hope that is it done and dusted. I felt they were competent and knew what they what the were doing.

He was very thorough in assessing the job, presented several options for choice of boiler and gave a good price for the job. The work was carried out in a day and was finished neatly to a very professional standard.

Combi boiler service (installed by Nigel a year earlier)

I've used Nigel a couple of times now. The first was to install the combi boiler and then to service it. On both occasions he's been great, can't fault. Keeps you informed on hi arrival times and what he's doing. Will definitely use him again.
