Boiler fixed

Malcolm arrived half an hour after I made the initial call after our heating and hot water stopped working, he was very friendly and professional.He needed a part and came back and fitted it the same day. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend him to anybody.

Replaced boiler, added filter and cleaned system

The work was done on time and very efficiently. Recommended a version of boiler which was cheaper than my original choice, but made in the same factory and to the same specification. Initially there was a problem when the boiler first started, but Malcolm came around very promptly and bought another engineer for a second opinion and the fault was fixed. I would recommend Malcolm.

Replace Ignitor, Fix Float Valve on Boiler Fan

Malcolm is one of the most open, honest and genuine trades people I have ever used. If I can sum my experience of him up in one word it would be "Integrity" When the boiler developed a fault on a Friday evening, Malcolm came round to diagnose the problem the very next day with no call out charge even though it was on a weekend. He quickly found the fault and gave us a guide price for a new Ignitor and Fan and told us he could fit us in on the following Monday evening out of usual hours so we wouldn't even have to take time off work. Between the Saturday and the Monday, Malcolm then went away and did some homework on our model of boiler and found out that there may be a way to fix the fan by freeing the float valve without replacing the whole unit. This did the trick and resulted in job which cost one third of his original estimate!! Other less scrupulous plumbers would have fitted and charged for the new fan regardless.  He was open about the options from the get-go and walked me through everything that had been done and needed doing as well as showing me the corroded Ignitor after it had been replaced. A top bloke and top service. Would recommend Malcolm to anyone and will definitely use again when the time arises.  Thanks

Gas fire removed

This work was completed with 24 hours of our making initial contact with Malcolm. We will certainly use Malcolm again and would highly recommend him to others.

Old boiler removed, new boiler fitted, system modified, power flushed and new thermostat valves fitted to radiators.

Malcolm clearly explained the replacement boiler/heating options available. Once agreed, he carried out the job to budget and to timescales, providing a very professional service. I have employed Malcolm twice before, he is a very reliable and knowledgeable tradesman. I would without doubt highly recommend.

New boiler installed, system power flushed and new radiator control valves fitted to bedrooms also shown how to use new remote control thermostat.

Malcolm was fantastic kept to my budget and gave good advice. Turned up on the day early and completed the job on time that day which he said he would, installed a new boiler and power flushed the system and gave a guide and advice how to use the remote thermostat..will definately be using him again in the future when the kitchen is re vamped..

Removal of Gas Hob, Gas Oven and re-fitting of new gas hob and electric oven.

Fantastic standard of work, done quickly and efficiently. I am certainly considering using this company for other work we need doing and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Replacing an old boiler

Replaced central heating boiler

Excellent advice given about available options. Job done to pre arranged time and cost scales. Three months later, product turned out to be perfect for our needs, all is well and we would use this company again (and will be doing so in the near future.)

Detected and replaced leaking water pipe

Arrived to assess the problem the previous evening a short time after our call without charging a call out fee! Started work the next day at the time arranged. It was nice to meet a friendly, honest and very knowledgeable person. Would be very happy to recommend to family and friends.
