I have over 15 years experience and many qualifications relating to the work that I carry out, most importantly being Gas Safe Registered.

I have a small team working with me, of reputable and trusted traders and where possible I prefer to use other Checkatrade members if necessary.

I appreciate that having traders in your home can be disruptive and I do my best to keep your home clean and tidy while I carry out the work. I understand that you may have a schedule for the work and aim to meet your needs within the time frame we have agreed.

He is polite and explains himself clearly telling us exactly what he was doing and why. His charges are very reasonable. Overall I will always use Poole Heating Ltd for gas and plumbing. I would be happy to recommend them.

Replace existing boiler with new combi and relocate, replace all radiators, provide additional radiator and replace existing shower with new

All the work was carried out to an extremely high standard and neither the quote nor the predicted time scale were exceeded. Mark and Adam were both extremely polite and courteous and made every effort to work around our family at all times. The tradesmen they brought in, ie roofer and electrician, carried out their work to the same high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Poole Heating Ltd to any of my friends or using them again if the need arises.

Serviced Boiler and Fixed Gas Fire

Prompt, friendly and very reasonable. Also I was convinced I would need new parts to fix the fire but they sorted it all out with just a service. What else could you want?
