All the work was carried out to an extremely high standard and neither the quote nor the predicted time scale were exceeded. Mark and Adam were both extremely polite and courteous and made every effort to work around our family at all times. The hot water failed the evening before we were going on holiday. We phoned Mark and even though it was after hours he promised to come along and see if he could sort out the problem. He arrived at 2200hrs - way beyond the call of duty - we really appreciate his commitment to his customers. He fixed the boiler and we were able to have a bath before we left for our trip! What I liked about Mark was that he provided a solution to a problem and not just maintain the status quo. Mark was friendly and courteous. Put dust sheets down to avoid dirt and wet ingress as it was damp outside. The work was done effectively and has proved reliable over the short time so far. Minor criticism would be that a small portion of Roof insulation had to be put back in place and downstairs toilet basin and floor were left slightly dirty. Mark provided advice on system bleeding for the future should it be necessary which is more than anyone has done to date.
