Generally very good. Spent sufficient time explaining operation of new fire and how to keep it clean during periods of non-use. Small thing, they didn't notice the arrangement with Emberz Fireplaces included taking old fire away and disposing of it..We didn't notice it had been left beside the garage. But a quick telephone call and the old fire was collected next day - which is a plus point for follow-up.

The work that was carried out was very good and I would recommend them again. There was however no warning that they would NOT be taking any of the rubbish or the old gas fire away when they were finished. The fire and all the old components were left outside the front door and the bin was filled with all the cardboard. May not have been so bad it there had been any mention of this when booking the job.
