Complete install, new suite, flooring, carpentry, tiling etc.
I can't recommend Jon highly enough. He put me completely at ease, is very polite and honest. His quote was excellent and although he encountered many problems he rose to the challenge and provided me with a dream bathroom. Jon had to work an extra day to complete the job but didn't charge me for it which was very kind. There were some rises in cost due to the problems but I was fully aware of the situation all the way through. I am certain you will be happy if you choose Jon. Thank you.

Trace and fix leak from shower tray, he also agreed to put screen on bath.
Was told leak could probably be fixed by replacing trap (I wouldn’t do it if I thought it wouldn’t work), and said he would replace over bath shower screen (which we already had). Shower trap took 10 mins approx. To fix, started shower screen and the old profile bar attached to wall was difficult to remove (we had already taken rest of screen away). One of our tiles broke, he said he would have to source another one to match in and we would have to pay for it plus the petrol which we were thought unfair. When using the shower first time, the same leak was still there. On calling him back, he was not prepared to do anything else or return even though I actually did source the leak myself after he went and would really only take some sealer on an exposed pipe. So overall not happy, expensive for time taken, response after work complete and not able to source leak.

I was perfectly punctual, constantly courteous, and my workmanship was entirely professional. I have since asked the customer to find any fault with my work, and she could find none. I provided outstanding value for money. I kept the customer constantly appraised of events and discussed options with them at all times. Part of this job was to fix a leak on a badly installed shower tray. I did this. When they later discovered a completely separate leak over a metre away from the one I had been commissioned to fix, they wanted me to come back and fix that for free. I offered to come along the next day, but said any new work would of course be chargeable. They responded with bad feedback.
