Now that you have completed the conversion of our property, Natasha and I would like to say a huge thank you. The job was not only completed spot on time, the whole experience was a pleasure, not the horror we were expecting having building work done. From day one the team were great fun and as long as the biscuits kept rolling, so did the job. Premier by name - premier by nature. We would recommend this company to you. We had a very difficult experience with a company we initially employed to do a conversion for us. We felt we were deliberately misled and in the end (before building work started) we pulled out of using them and lost our (hefty) deposit. So we proceeded with caution when we came to look for a new firm that could do the conversion for us. We contacted a number of companies and were impressed by Premier from the word go. One of the managers of the firm came and quoted, had a depth of knowledge about the subject, and took time to answer all our questions. Premier is large company, and employ a number of teams (i.e. first fix, electrical, plumbing, roofing etc) to construct the conversion. What is extraordinary about them (at least from our experience) is that all the workmen are courteous, respectful of your property, and work to a high degree of craftsmanship. The previous (rogue) company proved very difficult to get hold of - I could only ever get an answering machine. So before we committed to using premier, I rang them at different times during the working day to see how contactable they were (I also did this with some of the other firms we got quotes from). I found that there was always someone there to help you (as there was throughout the project). In terms of cost, Premier were probably in the middle range of the quotes that we got. They stuck to their quote, and only charged us extra for the additional things that we requested. Impressive.
