All work completed apart from Electrical (Thermostat / Programmer and cables to Tank) - this is being done on the 22/5/2012, however it seems to have been finished to a good / high standard - we have hot water and heating - so very happy - especially with the 7 year guarantee!!

Work completed speedily and efficiently and as a consequence I was in a very satisfied. Re- attended very quickly to resolve water leak on radiator which occurred day after they left site. Follow up documentation ( safe site and boiler guarantee) dealt with promptly.

Within 90 minutes of my calling the problem was sorted out. As a lone female in the house I felt very comfortable with the friendly and professional service. It's -4 outside so I was dreading a cold night ahead but the problem was sorted with no fuss. Very pleased and would recommend.

They got someone out very quickly to me and kept me fully informed about where my job was in the queue. Good, fast workmanship and not bad value. They are a very friendly company and seem to be very competent plumbers. All round good service, but arrived an hour late.

Was a little disappointed that after the work was completed were told our shower wasn't compatible and therefore didn't work! No problems with Ian though, who came to fit the Central Heating. He was always ontime, and left the flat very clean and tidy. He was polite and worked very efficiently. Overall a good job was done and would recommend.
