New handrail fitted to stairs, new shelves and pictures put up.
I couldn't be more happy with the work that Premise carried out at my house. I was really impressed that even though this was a very small job compared to the large extensions and building work they are used to doing, I received the same level of high service and professionalism. The craftsmanship of the carpenter who carried out the work was second to none and I would not hesitate to use Premise again whether it was for a few more shelves going up or an extension to our house. I would recommend Premise Property maintenance to anyone looking for a quality reliable tradesman.

Total refurbishment of two properties.
The challenge was to completely refurbish our newly purchased 4 and 5 bedroom student/professional let properties in time for the January '2012/13 marketing season', time was tight. Works included full strip out; damp course; electrical; heating; double glazing; new bathrooms; plastering; and decoration. These were completed on time and to quoted cost. Cost Competitiveness: From a cost perspective, Premise Property Maintenance (PPM) were benchmarked against other providers as a project as a whole and for component parts of the project. I found them to be commercially competitive. This principle did not change when, as a client, addition work packages were added to PPM's schedule. Budget Management: PPM worked closely with me to agree the schedule of works, providing idea options to help me manage the project budget. Throughout the projects, where unforeseen challenges arose (e.G. Additional building control requirements), PPM worked with me to find alternative areas to 'nip and tuck' to bring the project back in line. Project Management: PPM managed all the trades seamlessly, including external specialist trades not part of the PPM schedule of works. Professionalism: I found the whole PPM team to be professional, polite and considerate. They had an excellent work ethic and keen to (and did) deliver the project as agreed. Would I recommend Premise Property Maintenance? Absolutely. I look forward to working with Andy Page and his team again in the near future.

Replastering, painting following leak. Preperation for damp proofing.
Initial work was to undertake insurance claim following leak. Work was professionally done, completed on time and property left in good state afterwards. Company were also very helpful in providing advice on potential damp in property, giving details of specialists and advising to deal direct as would be cheaper for me.

The Work team were very courteous and punctual and always tidied up after they finished a days work. There estimate was a very good price and we are so pleased with the finished results that we have requested quotes for other work to be done to the property.
