Established in October 2005 by director Kevin Steele, the company aims to provide a welcoming enviroment for customers so they can enjoy the great outdoors whether abroad or here in the Great British countryside. Customer feedback is very important and the company is a member of Checkatrade and this year Premier Motorhomes also won an award from Adria for its customer service support.
The firm said; "On speaking with many customers and friends about motorhoming, they always say they feel a sense of joy when they pitch up. Within 5 minutes the children have de-mounted the bikes and set off to explore the site or have their badminton set well established, with other family members joining in. The simple fact is whatever we do on our holidays, we try to embrace the Great Outdoors and it is always a holiday to remember".
The firm said it's aim was to provide complete peace of mind for customers and it's proud of its community standing.
NOTES TO EDITORS
Checkatrade helps combat the UK's rogue trader problem by continuously vetting and monitoring local traders such as builders, plumbers and electricians. The idea was born in 1998 after a tornado hit the small West Sussex town of Selsey. Traders poured in from as far away as Liverpool and Manchester. Unfortunately, some ripped off the inhabitants of the town. Local businessman, Kevin Byrne, realised there was nowhere to check out the traders’ credentials and the company that became Checkatrade was formed.
Since then, Checkatrade has grown to include over 6,300 genuine trade members, growing by an average 120 new members every month, and, via the Royal Mail, distributes 5.9 million directories a year into communities throughout Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Dorset and Berkshire, while the website includes traders from across the UK.
