Building services.
PBC provided a good service in the design, quotation and install of the new boiler and bathroom, dust sheets were used where required to ensure carpets were kept free of dust and debris. At the end of each day all tools and materials were safely stored. At the end of the install the house was cleaned where work was carried out. Overall PBC were professional and courteous at all times.

To tile a bathroom and install a shower room.
The tiling was excellent, but the woodwork was not rubbed down before the painting. I felt that their manner could have been better when handling my concerns. I feel I would not recommend them.

The team from Prestige Building did a fantastic job on our bathroom. The work was of a very high quality, with a very sharp finish. They made sure that we were consulted throughout the project on asthetic/design decisions and had plenty of helpful advice. They were extremely tidy and a delight to have in our home. They worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible (including evenings and weekends). Finally they were competitively priced - very good value for money

Substantial Project to Rearrange Kitchen and Utility Room + Demolish Wall and Install New Kitchen Units and Appliances
The team from Prestige Building were excellent, they showed up on schedule, kept to the schedule, including working Saturdays where that was necessary. They were responsive to some detailed changes along the way (+ had helpful suggestions for those). They had lots of knowledge and experience relating to all aspects of this work. The project completed on schedule and the quality of finish is outstanding. Their quote price was very competitive - so overall excellent value. We have already recommended them to out friends.
