The Propave team completed all requested works to the highest standards, on time, and within the quoted price. We were kept fully informed at all times of the nature of that days work, and potential impacts to us, such as requiring water, leaving areas clear for deliveries, and delivery times etc. All of which kept the job moving swiftly, and enabled us to keep disruption of neighbours to a minimum. I would have no hesitation in either recommending them or having further work completed by them.

A few days after patio was laid, the cement shrunk and came out from between some of the slabs. They came out to sort it but patched over rather than replaced the cement, phoned them again in August, as more cement had come out. They said they would come the following week but didn't show up. Phoned again in September and made an appointment for Dec 16th. They asked me to ring to remind them, which I did on Dec 12th, they said they couldn't come that week due to weather conditions and said they would contact us with another date, still haven't heard back and I'm fed up with chasing them.

Jason and Paul worked extremely hard to carry out the work in adverse weather conditions. I would highly recommend these professional workers. They only missed out on two days work due to snow fall of 18 inches. On the days that they were able to work the temperature with the wind chill factor was often well below zero. I'm so glad that I decided to have Pro Pave do this work and could not fault them in any way.

Jason and his partner are thoroughly reliable nice guys who produced a really professional finish. Anyone is happy to drive up and see. They worked with me where I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted for small details, helped with suggestions given the benefit of their experience and were flexible when we needed to change some bits. Not the cheapest quote I got, but definitely pleased with the result - you get what you pay for!
