The work that was originally done was defective. Mr Inman returned but did not sort out the problem. At least 6 further arrangements were made for him to return, yet every time he did not turn up nor phone to say that he would not be coming. The work I s supposedly under guarantee yet this seems to mean nothing. He has been completely unresponsive to all attempts by us to resolve this matter and has put forward no explanation for his absence and failure to engage or address the issues.
