Boiler Fault
I had no heat, no hot water and after finding Pro gas Mechanical Services (trustcorgi.com) I was taken back from their service (Chris).  I would recommend Pro gas to anyone who might ask me if I knew of anyone who could assist with any central heating problem. I must admit a total quality of service and honestly can’t say anything negative from start to finish.  These guys are the 'Ronseal' of the trade and do exactly what’s written on the tin 10/10.

Upgrade Heating
During the quote Chris gave us some good advice and was very helpful. The work was carried out to a high standard. All mess was cleared away by themselves. The new pipework was done very nicely and looks neat round the new boiler. I would happily recommend them any time.

New central heating system
We received about 7 quotations, however only two of those prospective suppliers were observant and knowledgeable enough to realise that our old central heating had a single pipe system instead of the more modern double pipes. Chris's price was also significantly less than his sole rival. We would certainly use him again.

Excellent, prompt service.  Quote was well amended and Chris patiently and politely answered all questions and really listened to our requirements. Helped us out in a crises without charging the earth!  Post - installation service was excellent. I would recommend them.

New Heating system installation

Boiler not igniting
Chris and his assistant arrived 2 hours early (after calling first) and found the correct diagnosis within five minutes.  Fixing it took a little longer, but he also chucked in a service while he was there, and gave me much needed information and advice on our general heating system. After several bad experiences with other repairers, Chris was exceptional, and I highly recommend Progas.  Thanks!

How refreshing to find a plumber who enjoyed the challenge of our Victorian house.  He gave us honest advice, a low quote and worked straight through two long days to deliver exactly what he had promised. We are very happy.  I would recommend them.
