I have used Steve to work on three of my rental properties and I have always been very happy with the work he's done. I trust him implicitly to do the work properly and to the necessary standards a landlord requires. Steve explains every job so that you don't feel you are blind to what he's doing but rather are aware of the changes he is making and why they are being made. I would have no qualms about recommending him to anyone and will continue to rely on Steve for any electrical work I will need help with in the future.

First big job given to Prolec, 6 flats with communal area and lift supplies, they took care of all EDF matters for the new supplies for us, installed all the satellite, TV, phone and video entry phone systems. Work done to a high standard and most importantly kept well ahead of our building schedule at all times. Have used since and will use again in the future.

Steve was polite, friendly and very helpful on working out the best way to solve the problem of condensation due to poor ventilation. He selected the most suitable products and installed them efficiently. Thanks to the ventilation the problem seemed solved.
