Central hot water system refit

Mark and his team were very profesional and polite. All work was carried out very quickly but profesionaly. I am very pleased with all the work carried out and would difinately recomend promark and sons. Footnote: Do not feed him cake!!! lol Great job mark

Replaced Electric Boiler at Short Notice

Mark provided a no nonsense and pragmatic approach at every stage. He went out of his way to deal with my managing agents (I wish I could be as positive about Foxtons as I am about Mark) and delivered what he said he would for the cost that he promised, which was some 25% less than my first quote. I would thoroughly recommend Mark and will be using him again in the future

Fixed flow valve in toilet and pipework

Work was completed professionally. Mark came exactly when he said he would and immediately went out to get the part and replaced the flow valve. As it didn't take long and I was being charged the hourly rate, he also offered to look at the central heating while he was there. Unfortunately our old pipe work began to leak an hour later, but he came back as soon as he could (within a couple of hours) and worked on it. He replaced the old pipework without charge.

Boiler had stopped working - problem fixed and heating and hot water back on quickly

Mark came round quickly, had already picked up a part just in case on the way (which he didn't need, so didn't charge me for), and got the boiler working again straight away, all for the low price we'd agreed. Would happily recommend.

Central heating repair

Central heating had stopped working. Mark and Dean came round at short notice on a Saturday to fix the problem. The house is now warm and the kids are happy again!

Plumbed in a new Washing Machine

A department store had delivered our new washing machine and were going to connect it for us, but when they checked the connection set up we were told they were not qualified to do it. This put us in an unexpected situation so I quickly found the trader on Checkatrade and gave him a call. He was very helpful and came round that afternoon after he had finished another job and got the washing machine plumbed in there and then. He was very helpful and efficient and we would use him again.

Boiler check/repair

Mark was very helpful, he came to help with a boiler that had stopped working and even came on a Sunday, really fast response and saved us from a few days of freezing. He explained lots of things and made sure he helped as much as he could. I would recommend to anyone in need of a dedicated professional.

Boiler repair

Called and got a quote for a broken boiler which another tradesman was struggling with. They started to diagnose the job over the phone in order to help us free of charge.

Fix leak going from first floor flat into ground floor flat

Can't recommend enough. Mark took time out on the phone to talk to me the evening before for half an hour (not billed for) to see if I could fix it myself by getting me to do some simple tests and avoid charging me when nothing was wrong. When they came round he explained what they were doing step by step as well as performing tests on the heating system and fitting a part not in the original quote for free. Really nice guy and will definitely use him again.
