“We have been mis-informed, we have not received the two invoices for the work, we have been overcharged, received threatening behaviour, the workmanship was poor, the tradesman left a mess and he was not polite. This is absolutely disgraceful. We demand: A full refund of the two invoices my girlfriend paid under pressure of the tradesman:-the first at £97.50 -the second at £70.00”

We are disappointed to have received this feedback. The customer was meant to have isolated the water supply prior to our arrival but could not locate the stopcock. When we arrived we helped to look for it but could not find it either and suggested that they ask the landlord where it is and we would return another time. When the stopcock was located, we returned as agreed and completed the work. The customer was happy and paid the amount owed. However, he is now disputing the cost of our call out charge which he agreed to pay before we did the work. We are very conscientious and always ensure that the work areas are left as tidy as we find them if not in an even better condition. We are always polite and have never threatened or pressured anyone. Please refer to our other feedbacks for a true reflection of our company.
