Refurbished bathroom.
Task - to refurbish 1938 bungalow bathroom - last updated 30 years ago. to remove all sanitary fittings- remove all wall ties back to original walls - to lay tile floor - new tiles to walls - all sanitary fittings - job completed - high standards - thoroughly recommended - cheerful good humoured. I would be happy to recommend them.

Water pipe repair

New Boiler Fitter

Very please with my new boiler, supplied and fitted at a very competitive price. Ken was punctual, professional and very helpful. He also fitted a new room thermostat. I would recommend Prompt Pluming to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

Boiler service and repair

Ken came at the time arranged he did a thorough service as well as fixing the boiler on the same visit - I can now have a decent hot bath again. He also gave excellent advice on a special deal being given by the manufacturer which will save me money but make him none!

Fix Central Heating pipe I put a nail trough !

I needed an emergency repair after I put a nail through the CH pipe repairing the loose floorboards which was rather stupid. Called prompt Plumbing and Ken was here within the hour to repair the CH pipe. I am grateful he showed up within the hour to fix the leak so we had the CH and hotwater going again. Next time I will ask him to service our boiler (glow worm) when its due at the end of this year.

Radiator thermostat renewed and boiler service annual.
