Boiler cutting out, fan needed fixing and other stuff

Paul came out very promptly (we live in Ardingly), was polite did the work and charged a reasonable fee. Would definately use him again and also arrange in the summer for him to service our boiler.

New part sourced and boiler fault diagnosed and repaired

We'd been trying for ages to understand and stop a recurring boiler fault that leaves us with no hot water. Other plumbers have offered diagnoses and made changes, but the fault has remained. Paul quickly spotted the problem, helped me find an expensive circuit board at a fraction of the usual cost, did the work quickly and tidily and charged a modest fee based on his time. As I write the fault has stayed away for long enough for me to be confident that Paul has solved the problem at last.
