We'd been trying for ages to understand and stop a recurring boiler fault that leaves us with no hot water. Other plumbers have offered diagnoses and made changes, but the fault has remained. Paul quickly spotted the problem, helped me find an expensive circuit board at a fraction of the usual cost, did the work quickly and tidily and charged a modest fee based on his time. As I write the fault has stayed away for long enough for me to be confident that Paul has solved the problem at last.
