Description
PSL Developments have been developing and contracting in Winchester since 1997, before that we were based at Farnborough in Hampshire.  All of our tradesmen: carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers and plumbers, tilers are time- served tradesman each having trained with other local building firms.Between us we have over 150 years experience in the construction industry.

We specialise in 3 areas; whole house refurbishment, loft conversions and extensions, although we also undertake individual projects such as bathrooms, wetrooms or kitchens. Electrical and Gas work is by certified and documented by NICEIC and CORGI engineers.

The directors background is in Project Management of multi millionpound construction schemes and is a qualified project manager and engineer, having previously worked with Royal Aerospace, McLaren Cars and the NHS.
