Not the neatest installation of radiator pipe work and he requires a 'bit of guidance' on pipe routing etc. You need to tell him how you want pipes routed - don't leave him to his own ends. Would I recommend him - yes, but you will need to keep a close eye on him. At least there were no leaks !!
