Toilet flush repaired. Advice given on problem with shower.
Highly impressive service overall.  Charges were completely fair and transparent. Work done was carried out efficiently.  Very tidy and considerate in carrying out work and leaving the bathroom clean and tidy. Straightforward advice and explanations of problems.  I intend to contact Pure Plumbers again in order to have shower cartridge replaced when spare part arrives.

We have had a number of issues with our pressurised heating and hot water system that required a new thermo-couple on one occasion and a general re-start/service on others
The guys who attended, one was Mark, were prompt and kept me informed when they were likely to arrive.  They identified the problem quickly and explained what options were available to me. At all times I felt they gave honest advice and recently managed to save a pump I though was broken

Old bathroom suite removed and new bathroom suite installed. Walls made good and radiators repositioned
We were very pleased with this installation. A very fair price and a tidy job. Both plumbers were very polite and took their shoes off when entering the house. This was not a requirement of ours but we were impressed with their care.
