Once the customer had contacted us, we explained that we where having some difficulties on the morning in question.
We apologised then, and we extended our apologises once again. We asked, "if we could get someone to the address within the next hour, would that be suitable". The client gave no indication that he was either inconvenienced, or unhappy with service or value for money. I am extremely disappointed with our clients decision to leave such a negative comment.
As you can see from over 200 feedback cards this is the only negative comment we have received. We take our customer service very seriously, and will continue to try to do better in future.
