Once the customer had contacted us, we explained that we where having some difficulties on the morning in question. We apologised then, and we extended our apologises once again. We asked, "if we could get someone to the address within the next hour, would that be suitable". The client gave no indication that he was either inconvenienced, or unhappy with service or value for money. I am extremely disappointed with our clients decision to leave such a negative comment. As you can see from over 200 feedback cards this is the only negative comment we have received. We take our customer service very seriously, and will continue to try to do better in future.

Have always used them so it has been just as usual, trustworthy, precise and timely when fixing the problems. Price is always discussed in advance and agreed but the most important of all is that most of the work done in the house over more than 10 years, have never got any trouble afterwards!!! The problem with my boiler and heating had stumped other plumbers. Mark wasn't sure what the problem was, but unlike everyone else he had a plan to work through what it could be. In the end, he sorted it. The work was neat, professional and to a very high standard. I'm happy with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

The company has an easy online system for booking a plumber and our plumber arrived during the allocated slot. He knew what was wrong immediately and was able to source a new shower locally and fetch and replace it within an hour. The work was neatly done and the new shower works really well.
