Unable to give a firm estimate due to the nature of the problem, it wasn't possible to see exactly what was wrong as the leak was under the floor boards. Access was difficult and required removal of kitchen units and floor boards. Work was carried out neatly and tidily with a minimum of fuss and bother. The fault was quickly diagnosed and rectified. The floor boards and units were replaced without damage to original condition. I consider the price to be reasonable for the amount of time and effort put in to the job, it would have been easy for them to take advantage of the situation but I felt I was treated very fairly. I would recommend without a moment's hesitation and will be using their services again.
