Structural repair of interior due to water damage
Excellent work guys, the house looks fantastic.  The bedroom wall looks good, you wouldn't know that there was a huge hole. Thank you for replacing the laminate flooring so well, looks better than before.  Excellent paintwork everywhere especially the hallway! Utility room looks brand new, the ceiling is brilliant and the replacement doors fit and close well.  Beautiful work in the lounge, the ceiling is brilliant, overall EXCELLENT work, highly recommended!!

I had reclaimed railway sleeper steps, raised flower beds and raised central feature. Also gravel and turf sections.

Built railway sleeper steps, raised flowerbeds and central feature along with turfed rear and gravel parts of garden.
An excellent bunch of lads, the work ethic was second to none and the finished job was outstanding.  Worked through some bad weather with no fuss. I would recommend this company to anybody and I am 100% happy with the job.

Patio, Build retaining wall and sort out drainage
The guys (Mike, Gordon, Travis and Matt) worked extremely hard in sometimes trying circumstances especially when the concrete turned up earlier than expected.  They were always cheerful and grateful for any tea. coffee, cake and biscuits on offer.  They explained everything that was going on and worked through to finish the days work. Even when told they didn't need to clean up they still made the place presentable before leaving at the end of each day.  They checked that we were happy with everything and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brick Wall with Railings and Paving
From the outset, Mike, Gordon and Travis were very courteous and respectful of our property.  Detailed estimate was provided promptly and based on this we were happy to proceed. During the works, the site and surrounding area were kept very clean and tidy and on completion, the site had a thorough clean. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the finished job - it has transformed the front of the house.  We are now waiting their estimate for additional works and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Do stock up on coffee - they're thirsty workers and if you are into home baking they are more than happy to try out the fruits of your labour!

Remove old mortar from gable end tiles both front and back reset all tiles and cemented in to complete a full repair.
We found Gordon and Mike very hard working and very efficient and we were delighted with the results they achieved.  They are both likeable and friendly with a good taste for coffee. Always very polite.  I'm sure you will be truly satisfied with any work they do for you. The price remained exactly as they quoted for the job.

Construction of Patio
We have a beautiful patio in an area of garden that has, for the last year, resembled an abandoned rubbish tip. The end result of five days hard work is a joy to behold and looks even better than we had anticipated due, in no small part, to Michael's ability to listen to and visualise what I was describing and to think quickly when the peculiar undulations of the garden became increasingly apparent. The quote remained the same at the end as at the beginning of the job - this has not been our experience with other builders - which meant my husband did not have to have a 'little chat' with them The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with no fuss or extended tea breaks, despite cups of coffee and tea eagerly consumed at regular intervals. All work areas were left clean and tidy and both Michael and Travis were careful about closing gates to prevent our dogs wandering off or asking for them to be kept indoors if the gate needed to be left open. I would recommend the team to everyone and particularly to ladies who, like me, have harboured murderous thoughts towards builders who, when one explains one's well planned and thoroughly researched design respond with teeth sucking and "No, you don't want it like that love" Well, yes, I did actually and this time I got it without any long-drawn-out negotiating of egos and banging of heads on walls, just a 'can do' approach. They even took their shoes off at the door when they came to use the loo and, in five days, nobody peed on the floor - quite an achievement for some builders of my acquaintance.

Patio
This was our first experience of using tradesmen for any kind of work to the garden having relied on family and friends in the past. Our decision to use Quality 1st was justified within half an hour of the garden team arriving led by Mike, such was the rate at which he and his team worked. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional at all times and worked full days even at the weekends to get the job done. They saw to the arrival of all the materials, skip etc and dealt with all the paperwork, troubling us with none of this aspect of the job. As per their companies slogan they stuck to their agreed quote which gave us peace of mind that the budget was not going to alter. In fact they incurred an unexpected licence fee from the council for the skip permit and did not charge us for it, a very admirable and generous gesture. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. In fact their details have already been passed on to several friends. They are coming back to do some internal works later in the year and we are very confident that our experience will be as good as this one. Our garden looks amazing. We just wish we had known about them sooner !

These Quality 1st guys are great to work with.  They are an extremely hard working, intelligent and courteous team who created a 3 metre x 7 metre concrete Log Cabin Base to exact specification and at a fair price.
