Description
Quality Electrical was founded over 20 years ago, and specialises in the service and repair of all your white goods around the home, ranging from home laundry, dishwashers, refrigeration, cooking (gas and electric), microwaves and more, covering most brands and product ranges.

Working as part of the Service Force Network, we are authorised agents for the Electrolux Group (covering AEG, Zanussi, Electrolux, Parkinson Cowan, Tricity Bendix).  We also have contracts with Beko, Domestic & General Insurance, John Lewis and most of the MOD sites covering our region. We are also well placed to offer competitive rates for spare parts and accessories.

With a full compliment of fully qualified service technicians, and full back up with office staff and a parts department, we offer a full comprehensive service to all our customers.

Repaired washing machine and oven
Replaced a component on the circuit board of the washing machine and also needed a new fan for the oven. Completed both jobs within the hour, but they are expensive.

In response to the customers concerns for value for money, on talking to the customer she felt the part that was supplied should of been cheaper, we have explained the cost of the parts are controlled by the manufacturer and not ourselves and have fed this back to the manufacturer and the customer.

Dishwasher.
Called out to look at dishwasher, programme wouldn't work, explained to receptionist on phone, when engineer came, said I had to press two buttons down for it to re-start, felt receptionist could have been more helpful and could have saved me the call out charge.
