The fault was assessed and the part ordered. There were problems with supplier about getting the part. When it came, it looked perfect but would not screw on because the milling was different. The technician photographed the milling, any relevant numbers etc. And the firm contacted the supplier again. Eventually the part arrived, and was fitted. The cost of these three visits was included in the original up front payment. Everything was tested, including the electrical connection (for the timer etc.), before the job was declared done. Informative and civil service throughout all this.

I would recommend this company, they came out quickly and carried out the necessary work. Unfortunately, after the engineer had left a small fault occurred which was very quickly rectified at no extra cost. Would always call this firm for future technical electrical problems.

I was very impressed. When I first rang I spoke to a lady called Sue who tried to resolve the problem on the phone before sending someone out. Billy the plumber arrived before time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently as well as cleaning up the water drips from the floor when he finished the job. I would definately recommend this company.

VERY IMPRESSIVE. When I first contacted this company I spoke to a lady called Sue who tried to solve the problem on the telephone prior to sending somebody out. Billy the plumber arrived before time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently and mopped up the water leakage on the kitchen floor before giving me a receipt and a company pen. Nice to know companies like this still exist.  Oven not working - they advised on phone to check timer not set by accident, which had happened, so no need for engineer to come out - some companies would have sent someone and charged call out. I will definately use when next appliance stops working!

Prompt, professional and polite service.  The engineer came on time and telephoned when en-route. Was ready-armed with spare parts for the make and model (luckily not required) and had hi-tech diagnostic tools.  He explained what he was doing and why and gave sound advice on maintaining the machine. As this is a repair company there was no 'sucking of teeth', head shaking or pressure to buy a new machine - just honest appraisal and repair of fault.  Was only reluctant to post this incase the company becomes too popular and busy!

In response to the customers concerns for value for money, on talking to the customer she felt the part that was supplied should of been cheaper, we have explained the cost of the parts are controlled by the manufacturer and not ourselves and have fed this back to the manufacturer and the customer.

Called out to look at dishwasher, programme wouldn't work, explained to receptionist on phone, when engineer came, said I had to press two buttons down for it to re-start, felt receptionist could have been more helpful and could have saved me the call out charge.
