Loft conversion and rear extension
Second time we have used R&K Loft Ltd and just as pleased as the first time.  Roy and his team ticked all the boxes. Took care of all the planning applications and problems that arose on the way taking it all away from us.  Loft conversion and extension built to high standard, within budget and on time. Always kept informed as to what was happening and when.  Great service. We would recommend to anyone!

I've used a lot of trades people in the past and have had some really bad experiences. Roy and his team have put the confidence right back for me. Loft conversion of Bungelow - 2 new rooms and bathroom
Roy and his team constructed a whole new roof on our bungelow to make 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom. We are very glad we chose R&K lofts. They took our original ideas and gave us options to make the most of the conversion and costed each option so we could fit our budget. The finished conversion is well designed and gives us the maximum space possible. R&K managed the whole process including, design getting planning permission through to the final building regs approval. Overall we are very happy woth the work and the finished conversion.

Major repairs after flood damage.
We had a very traumatic time and I rang R&K because they had done such a brilliant job re-modernising my kitchen. within ten minutes of my call they were at my house dealing with the water damage. FANTASTIC!

A great job done considering the units were bought ready made. All made to fit perfectly, tiling very professional could not of asked for better workmanship on the finished article.
