Rob spend over 2 weeks in my new house refitting an entire new bathroom, he came across a few problems along the way like leaks and uneven floor but has always kept me informed of the best solution and costs. He fitted and re plumed a new sink unit, shower, whirlpool bath tab and toilet (and a self built in cupboard). He tiled the bathroom as well Excellent result at the end. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use him again

He started off in an excellent manner. The plumbing he did was very neat and he tidied up our messy old plumbing up. He fitted the units very well took care in his workmanship. We feel that towards the end of the job he rushed it resulting in handles not being level and job not quite completed. Large bag of rubbish for us to take to the dump which we hadn’t realised that we were getting. But he did keep the kitchen very clean and tidy we would use Rob again.

Pre-fit advice. Came back on several occasions to chat through our (changing) thoughts / plans to help assess whether they would work. Final pre-fit measure up to double check that all purchases would fit to plan - given that we were due to be on holiday when Rob was to come in and fit. On final measure, Rob recommended squeezing another unit in (where we thought we did not have the space) - to which we are now grateful of the storage space ! We left Rob with the keys to our house for a 2 week period whilst we were on away holiday (so the refurb could be completed whilst we were away - to save living with the upheaval). Rob was totally trustworthy and left the house clean and tidy on our return (from what was a real messy job !). Our neighbours even commented how hard our 'fitter' had worked (as they noticed Rob here in the evenings / weekends - ensuring the work was completed for our return). Bathroom fitting / tiling / units / carpentry / outside pipework / brick repairs all spot on. We were looking forward to returning from holiday and seeing the bathroom and we were not disappointed at all. It had a real WOW factor for us as we came up the stairs to see it. We used Rob a few years back for a kitchen re-fit. Would absolutely recommend Rob and I am sure will use him again ourselves in the not too distant future. Thanks !

Rob fitted a kitchen for us about 12 years ago. Although we've known him and his family for over 40 years, we'd only used him that one time, because that's what he did - most other jobs I did myself. He's honest, fair, dependable and gets on with it, even when my ideas for the garden were in flux. I wasn't sure of the style of decking I wanted for the rear garden balcony terrace. Rob drew up a couple of designs from the brief I gave him. The design he did was just what I had envisaged and Rob made the balcony for me. Being south facing it is the perfect place in the summer to sit and enjoy the sun and views. Rob did the job to my satisfaction and I am very pleased with the end result.
