RGB Services is a Company with a wide knowledge of building experience derived from three generations. Using skills handed down since 1940 with strong family traditions, a partnership has existed through 3 generations to give a service of quality & reliability. We have expanded through word and mouth with recommendation from previous & present clients.

We have been associated with all aspects of the construction industry from the ground up, including small domestic repairs through to Extensions, Conversions and Refurbishments of properties. We aim to bring the quality of service we have previously provided to this sector.

Traditional building techniques using time honoured solutions have always been fundamental, where possible incorporating new innovative council regulated materials and construction to give a balance of trusted methods with time, money and environmental saving ideals.

Co-ordinating with various construction partners, producing a network of knowledge that supports each other with our individual skills. Thus guaranteeing all work carried out is undertaken and completed to high standards of quality and in a timely manner.

Partnered with a colleague we can now provide a Glass Fibre Constructions Service,

General purpose of GFC in the construction industry is to replace the use of bitumen based roof coverings with a system that has a much great working life expectancy. It also has a much more versatile application range as it can literally be formed into an shape meaning it is not restricted to just flat roofing, we have used this system before in a Wet Room where a membrane kit was not possible.

All our work has a 1 year guarantee with the exception of GFC which we cover for 20 years of fare wear and tare.

Rear Extension - Complete!

This is a continuation of my earlier comments. Richard has now completed all of the following on our property - Extension, plaster house throughout, bathroom install, downstairs wc install and several other small jobs. I really can't thank Richard enough. Everything has been delivered on time, on price and to the highest standard and it is always easy to discuss any aspect of the work with him. He has been exceptionally helpful throughout, both on the work he is doing and the work I'm doing at the same time. For example, he was more than happy to give me advice and guidance as I tried to do my first kitchen install. This really was appreciated and so incredibly useful. If anyone wants to come round and have a look at his work, please just get my number from him, more than happy to show you round.

Emergency plumbing work

We called Richard after a faulty shower had flooded our bathroom and we were now without running water. He gave us great advice over the phone then came over soon after to sort it out, and has come back on two subsequent visits to sort out a couple of further problems. Always reliable, and great to know we had someone we could trust in an emergency. I would highly recommend Richard.

Structural work for loft conversion, shower room extension and kitchen refit

Richard has always communicated clearly with me throughout a wide range of jobs, which is important because I am doing some of the work myself. He has demonstrated genuine and thoughtful consideration of my needs at each stage of the projects, and he has come up with a variety of useful suggestions. His wide range of well developed skills and willingness to be flexible when required are valuable assets from a home owner's perspective. The works are not yet complete, but from all the evidence so far I would certainly recommend R G B Services to others.

Rear Extension - Stage 2

This is a continuation of my earlier feedback. We are now in to week 6 of the project and everything continues to go fantastically well. The extension is looking fantastic and not too far off completion. We are really thrilled with how great it is all looking and the quality of the work. Richard and his team continue to deliver on everything they do. Work is always done on time, at the price advised, as discussed and to the highest possible standard. And Richard continues to be exceptionally helpful. One small example is how he set up beams and access to the pitched roof so that I could paint the rear of the house over one of the weekends. So much easier than working off a ladder. We continue to be very appreciative of the work done to date. Can't wait to see the end result in the next few weeks!

Rear Extension - Stage 1

Richard and his team are in the process of adding a pitched roof extension about 3m X 5m on to the rear of our property. So far, all has gone as well as we could have hoped. Work started at the agreed time and only 6 working days in and they have made loads of progress. The foundations are dug and in. The damp proof course, insulation and floor are all installed. It really is exciting to see it all progressing so fast! I would also like to comment on how helpful Richard has been. He is very easy to talk to and will offer suggestions and advice wherever he can. In short, things could not have gone any better up to this point!

New downstairs loo, sink and tiles done

We had our old downstairs loo, sink and tiles taken out and new ones installed. Richard did an excellent job for us! It looks so new, neat and modern and we are very pleased with it. Richard made useful suggestions to us on how we could improve the space which we went with - by installing pipes in the wall instead of them being in the unsightly box they were in. Even though he was moving house at the time he still managed to fit in our job. We hit an unforeseen water problem which Richard stayed until 8pm at night solving for us so as not to leave us with no water-which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend him and will be asking him back to refurbish our ensuite for us soon!

Excellent workmanship, kept to schedule, arrived on time and explained exactly what the work involved stage by stage, kept the site neat and tidy at the end of each of the three days work. Removed all redundant materials and rubbish. Richard Green and his colleague were extremely courteous and polite and worked consistently throughout each day. I would fully recommend RGB Services to future customers.

We are at the stage in the project where the walls have been plastered, first fixings of electrics put in, external build works nearing completion etc and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the results thus far.
