RGB Services is a Company with a wide knowledge of building experience derived from three generations. Using skills handed down since 1940 with strong family traditions, a partnership has existed through 3 generations to give a service of quality & reliability. We have expanded through word and mouth with recommendation from previous & present clients.

We have been associated with all aspects of the construction industry from the ground up, including small domestic repairs through to Extensions, Conversions and Refurbishments of properties. We aim to bring the quality of service we have previously provided to this sector.

Traditional building techniques using time honoured solutions have always been fundamental, where possible incorporating new innovative council regulated materials and construction to give a balance of trusted methods with time, money and environmental saving ideals.

Coordinating with various construction partners, producing a network of knowledge that supports each other with our individual skills. Thus guaranteeing all work carried out is undertaken and completed to high standards of quality and in a timely manner.

Partnered with a colleague we can now provide a Glass Fibre Constructions Service,

General purpose of GFC in the construction industry is to replace the use of bitumen based roof coverings with a system that has a much great working life expectancy. It also has a much more versatile application range as it can literally be formed into an shape meaning it is not restricted to just flat roofing, we have used this system before in a Wet Room where a membrane kit was not possible.

RGB Services is based in Surrey.

Replacement bathroom, add power shower.

Richard and Andy did a great job, totally transformed the dated bathroom! There was real attention to detail throughout and they worked around some delays we had with a damaged cabinet to ensure all was completed promptly. Really helpful and professional! I would recommend RGB and will certainly use again.

Chimney stack removal.

Richard was very polite and helpful at all times, really nice guy. Did a great job on the chimney and we will almost certainly be using him again for a much bigger job.

Removal of structural wall to create knock through from lounge to dining room.

I have been really impressed with R G B Services. Richard has a very positive and enthusiastic attitude. He advised us how to approach the project, introduced us to a very good structural engineer and then, together with Andy, carried out the work to a very high standard. They are very professional, courteous, cheerful and customer focused. The professionalism extends to responding to emails/calls quickly and even such things as making sure the skip company put down boards they had left to protect our driveway. It's the attention to the details that matters. I would not hesitate to use Richard again.

Refurbishing main bedroom including altering floor levels.

Refurbish bedroom and build new en-suite.

Work involved stripping out an old bathroom and stud wall, then building a new en-suite and refurbishing a bedroom. Richard was particularly helpful and constructive during the design process, resulting in highly efficient use of the available space. The work was performed to the highest standard and we were kept informed of progress throughout. Richard and his team worked exceptionally hard to ensure that the room was completed in time for Christmas and without compromising his high standard of workmanship. We are extremely pleased with the finished room and would not hesitate in recommending RGB Services.

Refurbished two bedrooms, including removal of chimney breast and fitting new velux.

Nothing has been too much trouble for Richard and his team. They are polite, courteous and friendly. Not only was the work completed in line with the budgeted cost and time, but Richard has offered some very constructive and valuable advice - including design suggestions. Level and screed living room floor and install wood burner.

Richard was very helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble, even for this needy customer! Even when the proposed work uncovered problems his unflappable nature and expertise gave us confidence that all would be OK, and we were not disappointed. We would definately use RGB again.

Replacement of balcony timber work comprising balcony roof supports, boarding, bespoke hardwood sill, new tiled front face with scalloped lead dressing, repairs to rafter ends, pointing to selected areas of brick work including the chimney stack and new gutters and down spouts

The rotting timber of the balcony had been a concern to me for sometime as it is a highly visible feature to the front of the house and a repair job I had been putting off for some time. The work carried out by Richard and his team of men reaffirmed my selection of R G B Services from the Checkatrade website as the correct contractor for the work as their attention to detail was second to non resulting in a finish that has maintained the original aesthetic look of my 1930's property.

Excellent service from Richard and RGB services - completely professional, courteous and reliable from start to finish. The job was done to the time-frame and price quoted, and the finish was of a very high quality. Richard even took time out of his Saturday after the main work was done to add the finishing touches and for our accessories. I'd definitely recommend Richard to anyone looking for a high quality builder and we'll be using him again to do works to the exterior of our house in 2013 (providing he can fit us in of course).
