We're delighted with our new bathrooms; Richard has done a fantastic job, removing all old fittings, flooring and tiles, finishing the new installation to an extremely high standard, with great attention to detail and quicker than expected. Always arrived on time and very tidy, no problem leaving him a key to work when we weren't around. He recommended an excellent carpenter and carpet fitter, and his team of tilers, electrician and other workmen were all also efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have working in the house. A good price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Both bathrooms were re-fitted to the highest standards and are amazing. The re-fit of the family bathroom to shower room was a total transformation and has the 'wow' factor. Richard works really hard and is considerate and always willing to give advice. His teams also work to a very high standard and it all came together seamlesly. Pricing was competitive. Above all, he provided great service and reliability unlike some others I contacted (check-a-trade registered!!) who didn't turn up or get back to me when they said they would. I would recommend Richard every time.

Richard knocked down the dividing wall between my bathroom and toilet and fitted a new bathroom with a shower bath, shower and built in cupboards. All items were supplied by him and fitted to a high quality of workmanship, he worked within his timescale quoted, he arrived on time and left no mess.. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Richard was prompt in coming out to give a quote; he explained what the work would entail, and when he could start: He arrived promptly each morning, and brought with him his own dust sheets, including covering the stairs. The work was finished to a very high standard, and when we had an issue with the shower (not Richard's fault, but due to incompetence of a previous plumber) he came out straight away. We were extremely impressed with Richard's professionalism, and wouldn't hesitate to either recommend to others, or to use him again ourselves. Thank you Richard.

All quotations and meetings with Richard prior to work starting were very professional and at a time that suited us, mostly evenings. We chose Richard to undertake a complete refit of our family bathroom based on the price he gave us and on personal recommendations we'd received. He priced and sourced the materials (barring tiles) for us, checked we were happy with his suggestions and fitted and tiled the bathroom whilst we were away. There was a slight issue post installation due to some faulty equipment and whilst this wasn't Richards fault he was very quick to rectify the situation. I would whole heartedly recommend him and his associates to anyone as we've been very pleased with the finished product!

The work involved fitting a new suite, digital power shower with bath filler, extractor fan, recessed lighting, and a fully tiled finish with hydro panels around the bath. It was carried out to an impeccable standard, cleanly, efficiently and on time. At the initial consultation we opted to choose our own fittings and guided by Richard's advice, we drew up a plan and sent him the shopping list. Everything was ordered and delivered at the right time. Richard and his team worked flat out . He co-ordinated the work so that people were on site at the right time and plumber, electrician, plasterer, and tiler were able to work in the restricted space without getting in each others way. Everyone worked tidily, efficiently and cleanly and were very courteous. The sparkling first class designer bathroom was created in just 5 days. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New combi boiler fitted and bathroom and toilet knocked into one room and a wet room fitted. Very careful consideration to our wants and needs especially mine as I am disabled. The tiler was fantastic, as well as the rest of the trades on my job, the plasterer, decorator, chippy and electrician. The job from start to finish went like clockwork, congratulations to Richard and his team. NO COWBOYS HERE
