Having used Bob before, I had no need to find anyone else when further work needed doing at my property. Again, Bob was extremely reliable, always on time and the workmanship is excellent. I would also like to thank him for the little touches; fixing part of my floor and moving the refrigerator back into the kitchen for me. It is little things like that that which are really appreciated. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone.

Wallpaper had to drop over 2 floors therefore a very complex peice of work to ensure that patterns between sheets aligned. Bob took all this in his stride to provide a perfect result. Bob has done a wonderful job. The walls were in very poor condition, including a damp patch revealed once the wallpaper was taken off which he informed me about and sealed. Work was done by T C Property Maintenance, not Bob himself, but I was very pleased with the work although Tim omitted to grout in tiles under the cooker and washing machine and fit the bar at the hall door and had to return. I saw Bob's van in front of me whilst driving to work at 7 am one morning so I followed and asked Bob to quote for a top to bottom redecoration of my property. My late uncle was a builder for many years and taught me to differentiate between good and bad trades. I didn't bother to get other quotes as I knew that Bob would be the best man for the job. The scope of the job was increased to include putting up curtain poles. Bob had to use a metal cutter to cut these to length. I found Bob's advice about paint quantity and finish to be particularly useful. I gave Bob a spare set of keys and alarm key fob and left him to get on with the job. It took two weeks to totally redecorate my property and I was already gobsmacked at the effect by the end of the first week. The job was done with the minimum of fuss and mess and after a quick builders clean all was well. I settled up with Bob on the nail as I was so pleased. (I'm the most tight fisted miser that I know!) Thankyou Bob for all your efforts as your work has added thousands of pounds to the value of my property and it's as new.

Bob has just finished 8-days worth of work on our 100-year-old house and it looks fantastic. Work on our house included making good the plaster, painting the woodwork (including some doors and windows) and walls in the hall, living room and kitchen, as well as some tiling. All the work was finished to an extremely high standard and our glosswork has a mirror finish! Bob wasn't fazed by our brief, which changed at the last minute to include plasterboarding a ceiling and replastering a wall, and all the work was finished within the time and price quoted. Good job, we hope to see you again soon.

I had previously had a lot of bad luck with my bathroom installation due to the shoddy workmanship of different tradesmen, so I was wary of hiring a further tradesman to install and decorate my bathroom. Bob Lewis put me at ease straight away, from the moment he came over to quote the work, right through until the very end of the job. Both he and his colleagues were punctual every morning, wonderfully polite and friendly and extremely tidy. I was informed of the progress made everyday and the finished result of the three decorated rooms was amazing - in fact, I am still reeling from how good my property looks!! I would recommend Bob Lewis to anybody and everybody - quality workmanship at an affordable price. He takes real pride in his work and goes that one step further to ensure customer satisfaction. I am making sure that he comes back to decorate our bedroom!
