Rob and Max had great time keeping, advised exactly what needed doing, were very professional and courteous. Quoted a price and stuck to it, despite having to dismantle part of cupboards to access pipes. Boiler was fitted very well and quickly. Would most definitely recommend them and will use them again in future, hopefully when having kitchen redone. Also their service was fantastic, after I inadvertently switched boiler to a heat mode only and switched off the hot water, he was with me within 30 mins of calling at 7am to sort problem out which was of my own stupidity, that is service you rarely get these days. I am so happy to have found good honest, reliable tradesmen that don't cut corners, and thoroughly recommend them. Thank you very much guys and I promise I wont fiddle with the settings again.

Robert and Max (Father and Son) gave us a price for removing our old back boiler and locating a new combi in our bathroom. The job turned out to be a nightmare for them - old system was badly fitted with very poor materials. Robert and Max came up against problem after problem, wasps nest in the loft, injuries to knees...and they took an extra day than planned. They kept going and although they used materials they had not priced for - they kept to the quote - no quibbles. A great team and they are coming back to do our shower. Fully recommend.

Rob + son arrived on days and times stated. Replaced old Combi boiler, sorted relevant pipework from 15mm to 22mm. Replaced radiator again from imperial to metric. If you require a job doing by someone who knows what they are doing then you need not look any further. No mess, ground sheets used, all rubbish taken.

We first used RMV when we first moved to Carshalton to fit the dishwater and cooker. They were reliable, tidy, got on with the job quickly and efficiently - also were polite and knowledgeable about their trade and kept to the agreed price which was reasonable. Recently they fitted a new boiler after correctly identifying that our old boiler would be costly to fix and its poor energy efficiency would make it more expensive boiler to keep in the longer term. Again we had a very positive experience of their service and now have a lovely warm house!!! Would highly recommend this company.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. My son recommended them to me after they installed central heating in his three-storey townhouse and completely refurbished his bathroom. The quality of their workmanship is second to none and they clean up after themselves beautifully! The price they charged was less than the original estimate. The total experience was stress free. Everything was done as agreed, despite some challenging and unexpected problems with the existing plumbing/gas fittings. Despite not part of the original work scope, the gas hob was made safe after discovering that the wrong fixtures had been used. This was done at no additional cost. Would definitely use RMV again.

I wasn't disappointed, my wife was at home when he and his son arrived, they found two problems and dealt with them efficiently and I was pleasantly surprised when my wife phoned to tell me the cost which I found very fair. Great service - within 20 minutes of phoning they were around and fixed the problem straight away, especially as British Gas had been to lazy to fix the problem, plus fixed a leaky radiator (which wasn't even part of the job) especially as British Gas gave me possible indication it could possibly be very expensive, when actually it wasn't. so definitely an honest company.
