In my opinion the builder says he has nothing to do with the roof, but I feel that although his work did not include any roof work, something happened when he knocked off a wall to make entrance to the toilet. The trader says he fixed a lintel and put adequate support when the wall was knocked off. In my opinion something did happen to the roof for water to leak so badly all round the walls and where the lintel is inserted.

I am very disappointed with this customer's comments and scoring. I pointed out at the start of this job that the roof was leaking and discussed this with the customer. Unfortunately, the customer left it unclear as to what he wanted to do and started to complain at the end of the job. At the time I offered to temporarily apply sealant to stop the leak for him. I have taken pictures throughout the job which I feel can prove that this leak was there before I started work. I feel that I have done everything I can to help this customer and have even done some of the work free of charge. I am a professional trader who takes pride in the work I do.
